About this place
In our kitchen, we remember our roots. Our property began as a farm in 1790, providing crops for a small community in post-revolutionary America. We continue that tradition by honoring the local produce grown in our region. As was done 200 years ago, we rely on our local farmers to provide food for our guests.
This philosophy extends to our wine & bar program, as well. We have developed relationships with winemakers from across the world and small-batch distillers and brewers from the Hudson Valley and beyond.
