MR CHOW’s noodles are hand-pulled and if you want to see just how much work goes into doing that, you can. Every night the noodle chef comes out into the dining room and puts on a show for the guests. Staff and guests cheer him on as he flips the slab of dough and slams it down until it eventually becomes ribbon-like strands of noodles.
