Since 1981, Chef Owner Art Gustafson’s vision of high end quality cuisine paired with reasonable pricing has lead to a family of excellent restaurants located in Rockville Centre and most recently, Garden City with the addition of Primehouse Steak & Sushi and Stone Street Wood Fired Grill. Widely considered a chef’s chef, he looks at cooking as a lifestyle and a way of life. This garners him the respect and kudos from many of the local chefs who dine regularly in his restaurants.
