Urban Central is the creation of owners Brian Angarola & Pedro Luis Sosa. Both Brian & Pedro are veterans of the restaurant industry and have successfully opened and operated many other popular Westchester restaurants over the last 2 decades. Their most recent restaurant that they opened, and continue to operate since its inception, is The Urban Hamlet in Bronxville, NY. Their expertise, love for their craft, attention to detail, and dedication to making all their guests feel at home, is what sets them apart from many others in the industry. Urban Central is the proud result of not only their extensive restaurant experience but more importantly, their long-lasting personal friendship that’s grown from their time working side by side.
